The Warrior Yoga Mat is a 6mm thick mat that is dual purpose great for Yoga at any level, and also for Pilates classes, either over the top of a class mat for better hygiene and even more cushioning, or by itself.

Care Instructions
Can be wiped clean or can be machines washed at 40C using a small amount of soap. DO NOT put this mat through a spin cycle or a spin dry as this may damage the mat. Dry flat or roll up in a towel to speed drying time.
