Maxima Summum Prisma Radio has finally landed and, as usual, Varlion dares to challenge the normal with new innovations and techniques that will develop the game. Absolutely unique gaming feeling. Radio Tech
Maxima Summum Prisma Radio is a unique racket where the racket’s hit surface is constructed in a whole new way. Usually holes in paddle rackets are usually drilled, but in Prisma Radio, Varlion has produced a patented technology to be able to cast the holes directly during manufacture. This means that the holes and the entire hit surface are completely intact and you are much less risk that the hit surface will burst between the holes.

Airflow tech
In addition to the technology itself, Varlion has also analyzed the air flow in Padelrack at swing and realized that the air is mainly going through the very outer holes. For this reason, Varlion has now created large air intakes near the frame with its Airflow technology so you always get the fastest possible swing. These holes are also molded in the mold and are therefore phased into the hit surface.

Maxima Shape
Thanks to its round rental shape between round and drip, with average balance, Maxima has a large and generous sweetspot and to make this even more generous, Varlion uses its Gradual Holes technology which means that the holes on the hit surface are drilled in different sizes. Maxima is a model that was born in 2020 from the fusion between LW (rounded form created in 1995) and avant (tear form created in 2009). As a result, we achieved a rounded drop -shaped rack, designed for players seeking control in their game without losing power.

Prism Frame
The Prisma frame provides better aerodynamics and cuts through the air so that you can get a faster swing by 10% reduced air resistance, while the frame’s outermost edge is reduced by 90% and is only a few millimeters wide so you have the smallest possible contact surface that can go in the glass when you dig deep after the balls. All this means better maneuverability of the racket and greater acceleration capacity at meetings.

On the other hand, we have reinforced its delicate tip (head) with a self-adhesive bumper that adapts perfectly to its form, prism bumper. This covers not only the frame but also its connection to the plane of the racket.

Core & surface
The core is Varlion’s Winter core and is a medium hard core that provides a good bounce and which is adapted for games below 25 degrees. The hit surface itself is made in only a unique layer of Italian 12K carbon fiber that gives you very good exit without that racket becoming too heavy. The carbon fiber gives a very good exit on the ball without getting too stiff. This gives a better feeling from the carbon fiber. The direction of the carbon fiber is also twisted 45 degrees to create a 3D effect that allows more carbon fiber threads to be used at each stroke and you can use the racket’s material to max.
Summum
Maxima Summum Prisma also has the unique Summum shape which means that the handle is 2 cm longer than usual and that the hit surface is 1 cm longer than usual. This means that you can more easily beat a two -handed backhand and have a greater leverage effect in the blows and can generate more power.
Slice-tech
When it comes to applying effects to the hits, it presents a rough texture in the plane called slice, which has been designed and developed with a series of curved lines that make the ball get more stuck. As these contours are cast into the surface, the structure will never disappear.

Safety strap
Unique to Varlion’s rackets is also the way the safety strap is stuck in the handle itself instead of in the bud. This means that the security strap is more or less impossible to tear off.
